The Shoemakers’ Palace of Culture of Tashkent Production Shoe Association No. 1 was built in 1936 according to the design of architect K. Skornyakov. The building is included in the list of Stalinist architectural monuments.

The entrance portal and side structures were decorated with columns and sculptures; currently, the columns are preserved, and only the sculptures above the entrance portal remain.
