A Certificate of Work Inspection is a document that confirms the compliance of completed construction works with the project documentation and the requirements of construction norms and standards.

To obtain a Certificate of Work Inspection, the following documents must be prepared: project documentation, the object's passport, an act of completed works, and other documents confirming the quality and safety of the materials used.

Documents are submitted to the territorial body of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Architecture and Construction or its authorized structures.

After submitting the documents, an inspection of the submitted materials will be conducted to ensure compliance with the requirements. Based on the inspection results, a Certificate of Work Inspection will be issued or directives for correcting deficiencies will be provided.

In the event of a denial of the Certificate issuance, you should obtain an official response outlining the reasons for the denial and submit an application for a review of the decision or to rectify the identified deficiencies. If the issue is not resolved, you may seek recourse through the court.
