Implementation of PF-223: Chilanzar District Exceeds Its Set Targets

Systematic measures are being implemented in Chilanzar District to ensure comprehensive socio-economic development in accordance with Decree No. PF-223 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 20, 2024, “On Measures to Establish a New System for Ensuring High Economic Growth and Employment in the Regions and Increasing the Role and Responsibility of Local Authorities in This Area.”

📊 Following the results of the second quarter of 2026, the implementation of the tasks set out in Presidential Decree No. PF-223 was reviewed in Chilanzar District.

The review noted that in the district:

🔹 the volume of services reached UZS 26.4 trillion, with a growth rate of 125.3 percent;
🔹 industrial output amounted to UZS 9.5 trillion, with a growth rate of 113.1 percent;
🔹 165 microprojects were implemented as part of entrepreneurship support measures;
🔹 UZS 24.0 billion in loans were allocated under entrepreneurship support programs;
🔹 two projects aimed at expanding the activities of “Champion” entrepreneurs were fully completed;
🔹 certain results were also achieved in ensuring employment, legalizing informal jobs, and increasing household incomes.

✅ At the session, the work carried out in Chilanzar District to implement the tasks set out in Decree No. PF-223 was highly evaluated. Particular recognition was given to the fact that a number of established targets were exceeded.

In particular, the growth rate in the services sector reached 125.3 percent, demonstrating a steady increase in economic activity in the district.

At the same time, the session identified priority tasks aimed at further consolidating the results achieved, ensuring the high-quality and effective implementation of future objectives, creating new jobs, and improving the well-being of the population.
